Paola our office manager grew up in Northern Virginia, she’s originally from El Salvador. She’s currently working on her undergraduate degree in Health Sciences. She has really enjoyed the experience she has gained & the personal relationships she has developed with patients over the years.
On her free time Paola loves traveling, outdoor activities, exploring new restaurants as well as spending time with her puppy and her husband who is active duty military.

I have been working in the dental field for over 7 years as a Periodontal Assistant. I’m married and a proud mom of two amazing (twins) children. I love spending time with my family & friends. I love to travel, I enjoy spending time with my husband doing different activities that include hiking, biking, dining out and visiting wineries as some of my favorite things to do in the DC area.
One of my most fulfilling experiences in life is being able to assist at Alexandria Periodontics helping people with their dental needs and working alongside an amazing doctor.
I work closely with Dr. Lakkis to ensure that each of our patients receives the best care possible and the smile they desire.
As an assistant, I get to meet so many wonderful patients and assist them in looking their best and feeling better about themselves. I always have a cheery disposition and outgoing personality that help our patients feel comfortable while ensuring they will receive the best care possible. My top priority is to listen carefully to our patients and treat them with the care and respect they deserve. Each time we restore a patient’s smile I feel a deep sense of accomplishment that we can help others in such a profound way.
